Zone of the Enders : The 2nd Runner : Mβˆ€RS release date!

I was so super excited when the VR version of Zone of the Enders : The 2nd Runner was announced. The PS2 version of this game gave me some of my fondest gaming memories and I feel like it spoiled me for mecha action games (granted, I’m pretty bad at most of them).

And now there’s a release date! And it’s this year September!! Just 4 months away! Check out the details at the official site! And look at the new trailer!

With this game, Neko Atsume VRΒ (releasing at the end of this month!) and a few other interesting VR games such as Moss on my radar, the urge to get a Playstation VR or the Steam/PC equivalent is getting so much stronger.

Monster Hunter World Event Item Tracker

Monster Hunter World, Spring Blossom Festival

Monster Hunter World is currently having its first seasonal event, the Spring Blossom Festival, from 6th April to 19th April 2018, so there’s a bunch of new events. What’s more, many past event quests have made their return for this duration.

With the amount of quest items to collect and craft, I had some trouble keeping track of what’s for what and how many more. To help with that, I whipped up a quick item tracker on Google Sheet and decided to share it.

  MHW Event Item Tracker

Just hop over, make a copy of the Google Sheet and you’ll have your own copy of the tracker sheet.

I’ve also included an “Updates” tab so if I add new event items in my own copy in the future, those will show up automatically without messing things up in the Tracker tab.

Nifty eh? πŸ˜€ Hope it’s useful.

By the way, if you need more information about the Spring Blossom Festivals or the event quests, you can check out these two places:

Have a fruitful Spring Blossom Festival~!

How to save FFXV snapshots to PS4 Capture Gallery

Although the Day 1 “Crown Update” added the ability to share the Snapshots that Prompto took to our social media, there’s no way I’m going to share all 150 (and counting) snapshots to Facebook in one-go.

So when I was going between actually doing that and taking screenshots of the snapshots, I realized that if you do the following, you can save a copy of a snapshot to Capture Gallery without it going to your Social Media:

  1. Navigate to the snapshot you want to save
  2. Press the “Share” button
  3. Select “Yes” for the confirmation of “Share this photo?”
  4. Wait for the PS4’s Share Screenshot interface appear (just appear, you don’t have to wait for it to finish loading)
  5. Press the “Back” button
  6. That’s it! There should be a copy of the snapshot in your Capture Gallery’s FFXV folder

I’ve done this to save all the snapshots to PS4 and then delete them from the ingame album so I have more space for Prompto’s better photos (he takes a lot of crappy ones). I also did this to save snapshots before I load a save, because there are some photos that won’t be taken even if you run the exact same thing.

Remember to check your Capture Gallery to make sure you have the photo there before deleting the ingame one! Happy photographing!

Yda visiting the Gold Saucer?!

Ran into this player who has the whole Yda getup twice, and both times, she was in Gold Saucer!

If only there’s a Papalymo with her…

Bye, Dragon Nest SEA. Hello again FFXIV: ARR.

As mentioned in the Collection Titles Masterlist, I have stopped playing Dragon Nest SEA since the start of the year and am unlikely to pick it up again for a while, especially since I’m now totally absorbed in Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn.

There are quite a number of reasons for this, and I would rather not get into details with them all. Except that a friend whom I befriended because of DN once commented amidst a discussion that Dragon Nest is not the type of game for me. I was a little offended then, but now, I realize that he is right.

I am a casual player who plays only within a small social circle, a quester, explorer and a collector. I can’t care less about bragging rights, squeezing out the most damage or playing the best DPS class. DN’s gameplay is exciting and different from MMOs I used to play, and that attracted me. However, it lacked far too many things that I need in order to enjoy myself thoroughly. And all that, I found in FFXIV:ARR.

TL:DR version: I have found a game that suits me better, so its world is where I have gone and will be staying for a long time.

As such, I will not be making new Collection Title guides or updating the existing ones. I may still share any interesting stuff related to Dragon Nest that I come across, but probably not a lot of those either.

Those interested in playing with me in FFXIV, come find me~! I’m playing in Hades server (JP), and my character’s name is Selceriar Lunaxiel. πŸ™‚Β  γ‚ˆγ‚γ—γγŠι‘˜γ„γ—γΎγ™οΌ
